After School Programming
Pre-registration required | Ages: 5 to 12 years
Registration closes two weeks prior to each section start. Any late registration needs to be communicated with the Program Director.
Afterschool programming begins August 31st and ends June 7th. Days passed June 7th will be reviewed closer to the end of the school year. Registration for afterschool care is by 8-week sections.
Cancellation Policy
TCC requires 30-days notice if you wish to withdraw your child from programming that you have already registered for. Contact the Program Administrator if you wish to withdraw from programming.

Dates: August 31st to June 7th
Afterschool Care: 3:00pm – 5:30pm
Early Care (2 hour Delays): 7:45am to 9:45am
Early Care registration in each section.
Full Program Days: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Late Care: 4pm-5pm)
Snack Provided: Morning & Afternoon

COVID Policy
As we continue each day with COVID-19 being part of our lives, TCC will be as flexible as
possible with new guidelines. If your child is involved in a Test to Stay procedure and
continues to test negative, they are permitted to attend TCC programming. We follow the
Vermont Health Department guidelines for a ‘close contact’ situation:
