Overview

Our school-aged program serves children ages 5 to 12 and uses Enrollsy for all enrollment, registration, and payment processing. Below, you’ll find a general breakdown of program information.

Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Through Enrollsy, families can easily view the number of available spots for each day and register directly—no need to go through a staff member. If a day is full, you can add your child to the waitlist, and the Director will contact you if a space becomes available.

Please take time to review the Parent Handbook, which includes important information about The Community Campus procedures, policies, and expectations. Our Cancellation Policy is also clearly outlined and can be found in multiple locations for your convenience.

Invoices are sent out before and due before the start of each section. Two part payment plan is an available option before the start of each section. 

Afterschool

  • $25.00 per day/child
  • Please note: due to inflation and supply costs the tuition rate has increased.

Early Care

  • $25.00 per child
  • Registration is found in each enrollment section. 

Full Day Programming (Break Days & Weeks)

  • $65.00 per day/child
  • Late Care: $10.00 per day/child
  • Check the Calendar for all offered full day programming options. Also included in the each individual sections enrollment.

 

  1. Afterschool Care Hours: 3:00pm – 5:30pm
  2. Early Care Days (First Wednesday of the Month): 7:45am to 9:45am
  3. Full Program Days: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Late Care: 4pm-5pm)
 
 

Snack Provided

  • A snack is offered after arrival at TCC. 
  • We encourage parents to pack extra snack for their children if they are growing or tend to eat more. TCC gives the kiddos two options to choose from each day but they can pass if they would like as well.  

Full Day Programming Snack

  • Snack is provided once in the mid morning and once in the mid afternoon. 
 

Bus

  • Transportation is provided through the bus system for Barnard, Prosper and Woodstock. 
  • Parents need to communicate with the Director and the Principal of the school to ensure each child knows the correct bus to take to TCC.
     

In order to request scholarship assistance please follow the instructions below.

  • Complete the application for State Subsidy. (It does take time so don’t wait as payment is due at the start)
  • If application process has not been completed full payment will be required at the specified due date for enrollment. 
  • Communicate with Director that you have completed the application. 
  • Once you have the results there are three possible results:
  1. You qualify and state covers your needs. 
  2. You DO NOT qualify which you send the denied letter to the Director. 
  3. You qualify but only for a small coverage. 
  • If you do qualify, we will check the certificate for total amount of coverage. If you DON’T, the Director needs the denied letter as its mandatory for the scholarship process. 
  • Once the letter is received the reviewal process can begin. Each case is reviewed individually based on the needs of the family circumstances and percentage requested. TCC will do everything within its power to meet each families needs.

Flexible

TCC has a unique flexible registration process. There are five sections (8 weeks each) for parents to plan their afterschool needs around their children and personal schedules. Parents can register for single days or for a whole week. TCC wants to ensure parents have a flexible option to make their planning arrangements work. PLEASE NOTE: To protect TCC we do have a 30 Day cancellation policy listed below to protect TCC’s flexible schedule.

For a single day, you are able to add them to the waitlist yourself. 

For multiple days, reach out to the Director or the Coordinator with the list of dates and we will add them to the waitlists for you.

Enrollment: Section by Section

The Community Campus operates on a five – 8 week sections over the course of the school year. Two in the first semester, and three in the second semester. With school aged kids we have found their schedules to vary more with sports, and other clubs they participate during the after school hours. 

Instead of locking in spots for an entire year and paying for spots that you don’t need, this opens more opportunity for other families to get coverage. Yes, it does mean families have five different times to register for the designated section each year, but this method saves parents a little bit of money, provides flexibility in their scheduling and allows TCC to cover more families who are in need.
