Meet Nikki!

Nikki is not only one of our teachers, but our Grants Coordinator and has been working at The Community Campus for a year and a half.  A former preschool teacher, she also spends some of her time working at the Norman Williams Public Library.

Nikki is a nature and bird enthusiast. During our hiking days of summer camp, she can be seen sharing her various books about identifying all kinds of mushrooms, birds, and insects in the wilderness- although she could probably tell you herself. Nikki is also deeply involved in the garden spending time in our garden,  harvesting cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, and herbs alongside the kids. Nikki brings this experience full circle through her love of cooking, often preparing homegrown snack options with kids when able like tomato soup, fresh sourdough, pickled cucumbers and pesto.

Nikki is a core part of our TCC community, caring for each child with the same intention of attentiveness she brings to our environment.
